Acceptance of order
Upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically emailed confirming your purchase request. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize payment, suspicion of fraudulent intent, or any other reason at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not payment has been processed. If your payment has already been charged and your order is canceled, a full refund will be issued. You will receive an email notifying you of any cancellation

Prices for our products are listed in Euros and include applicable EU VAT. Prices may change without notice. The total amount charged at checkout reflects the final price including shipping

Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit sales to any person, region, or jurisdiction, and to restrict quantities of any products or services offered. Stock availability
We do our best to keep stock information accurate. If an item you purchased is out of stock, we will contact you to offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund. We are under no obligation to provide additional compensation
Returns and refunds
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of receiving them for a refund. Items should be returned in their original, undamaged condition and packaging. This returns policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory right of withdrawal under EU law described below.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) take physical possession of the goods. To exercise this right, inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example, an email to info@jdauphin.com) before the period expires; you may use the model withdrawal form below. We will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed, using the same means of payment you used. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

Custom and made-to-order items
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as bespoke or custom-made pieces. These items are non-returnable unless they are faulty.
Legal guarantee of conformity
All goods sold benefit from the statutory legal guarantee of conformity. If an item is defective or does not match its description, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced, or to a price reduction or refund, for a period of two (2) years from delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law. This legal guarantee is provided free of charge and applies in addition to any commercial warranty.

Any sign of wear or damage makes the item ineligible for return. Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items, altered or modified pieces, sale or clearance items clearly marked as non-returnable, and hygiene-sensitive jewelry such as earrings once opened cannot be returned. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described. Refunds will be processed promptly after we receive the returned item or confirmation of cancellation
