All customers residing within the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from a purchase of standard inventory items within 14 days. This withdrawal window expires exactly 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, physically receive the items.
Under EU consumer law, this right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to order, within that category falls the consumer's specific requests, such as a change of material, change of stones, personalized sizes, or any other custom-made individual requests from the customer. Consequently, items matching these made-to-order conditions, that are not kept in stock but have to be made explicitly for the customer, are exempt from the right of withdrawal and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded at any stage.
To exercise your right of withdrawal for eligible standard in-stock items, you must submit an unequivocal statement before the 14-day period expires. Returns and refunds

Any sign of wear or damage makes the item ineligible for return. Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items, altered or modified pieces, sale or clearance items clearly marked as non-returnable, and hygiene-sensitive jewelry such as earrings once opened cannot be returned. Shipping
