Acceptance of order
Upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically emailed confirming your purchase request. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize payment, suspicion of fraudulent intent, or any other reason at our discretion.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not payment has been processed. If your payment has already been charged and your order is canceled, a full refund will be issued. You will receive an email notifying you of any cancellation

Prices for our products are listed in Euros and include applicable EU VAT. Prices may change without notice. The total amount charged at checkout reflects the final price including shipping

Stock availability
We do our best to keep stock information accurate. If an item you purchased is out of stock, we will contact you to offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund. We are under no obligation to provide additional compensation
Returns and refunds
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund. Only items in perfect, unused condition are eligible for return. Any sign of wear or damage makes the item ineligible for return. Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items, altered or modified pieces, sale or clearance items clearly marked as non-returnable, and hygiene-sensitive jewelry such as earrings once opened cannot be returned. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described. Refunds will be processed promptly after we receive the returned item or confirmation of cancellation

Shipping
Shipping is free of charge using standard delivery, which typically takes 2–6 days once the order has been processed. Generally it takes 48 hours to process an item if it is in stock.
If an item is not in stock, it will take 3–4 weeks to complete plus shipping time
